Within the framework of the work and activities of the Department of Interior Decoration Engineering, on Sunday 11/5/2025, under the supervision of the head of the department and teachers, students of the Department of Interior Decoration Engineering participated in the competition (NICE)

It is worth mentioning that , at the International University of Radiation in Erbil.

National Innovation in Engineering Competition (NICE) 

It is a prestigious annual event conducted by the Faculty of Engineering of the International University of Radiation. As one of the leading academic competitions in the region, NICE serves as a strategic platform for undergraduate students from national and international universities across the Kurdistan Region and Iraq to demonstrate innovative, research and sustainable solutions to today\\\\\\\'s engineering challenges

Interior Decoration Engineering Department participated in the competition for the second time with the work of 5 students of the department are:

1- Zhinas Aras

2- Siwa Abdullah

3- Malak Misal

4- Saya Najmadin

5- Firdaws Abdullah

Fortunately, the design project of the student of the Department of Decoration Engineering (Firdaws Abdullah) won the second place for the best interior design projects at the level of more than 15 Iraqi universities.
