Open Call: Design Academy Sulaymaniyah 2025

Designers, artists, and creatives based in Iraq are invited to apply for a 10-day intensive program on book design, taking place from September 15–24, 2025, in Sulaymaniyah.

The academy includes three parallel workshops led by international trainers, focusing on library-based design, poetic publishing, and visual storytelling rooted in local skate culture. Participants will collaborate, experiment, and contribute to a final printed publication to be presented at a public event. The academy includes lectures, discussions, excursions, and a cyanotype workshop.
