Please note that all students who have completed the internship must submit these four pieces of information together to the supervising teacher
1. Letter of appointment with stamp and signature
2. Handwritten letter from Kartrazan stating that he has completed 100 hours of training with his stamp and signature
3- List of absences with stamp and signature
4. Scientific report on the attached template
