From the Classroom to Practical Execution

As part of enhancing students' practical skills, the Department of Interior Decor Engineering at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) successfully conducted a two-day scientific and practical workshop titled:
"Fundamentals of Carpentry and Material Introduction."
The workshop was delivered by industry expert Mr. Mohammed Sabir Mohammed, who thoroughly introduced the students to:
▫️ Types of wood and decorative materials currently used in the labor market.
▫️ Technical and engineering aspects of cutting, assembly, and furniture execution.
▫️ Bridging design blueprints with real-world application using physical materials.
At the conclusion of the workshop, in recognition of his hard work and the valuable knowledge shared with the students, the Institute Deanship presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Mohammed Sabir Mohammed.
