3D printed concrete
3D printed concrete
After the 1980s, three-dimensional printing was gradually developed, until in the 2000s, this idea entered the world of construction, that is, concrete structures could be created using three-dimensional printing.
First in Germany, then China, Dubai, etc.
How it works:
The concrete is transferred from the machine through a nozzle and then, according to the three-dimensional plan given to it, the concrete is placed layer upon layer until the end.
Pros of three-distance printed concrete:
1. Different shapes can be made that are not easy to install in the usual way.
2. It is safer because there is no need for such a worker and the work is done by machine.
3. Lower cost because it requires less labor, and less material is wasted.
4. Less materials are required, making it environmentally friendly.
5. Faster, if you build a house in the normal way, it will take several months, but in this type will be completed within a few days.
Disadvantages:
1. The purchase price of the device is high.
2. There are few experts.
3. It is not legally allowed because the idea is still new.
4. Using this type of concrete with glass makes the job a little more difficult.
